TULSA, Okla. (AP) � Tyler Hagedorn had 20 points and 10 rebounds and South Dakota opened the second half on a 31-8 run and beat Oral Roberts 85-67 on Wednesday night.

South Dakota (23-6, 10-2 Summit League) has won five straight and a Division I program-best 23 games. The Coyotes have two games remaining, and are a half-game back of league leader South Dakota State (10-1). The two meet in the regular season finale on Feb. 22.

The Golden Eagles had a 41-33 halftime advantage, but Matt Mooney scored 12 points, Hagedorn added six and Tyler Peterson scored all six of his points to open the second half and the Coyotes led 64-49 with 9:33 remaining.

Mooney made three 3-pointers and finished with 19 points for South Dakota. Triston Simpson chipped in 14 points.

Javan White scored 15 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead Oral Roberts (10-19, 4-8), which has lost four of its last five games. Austin Ruder added 13 points and Emmanuel Nzekwesi 10.

Fort Wayne 90, Western Illinois 74

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) � Kason Harrell scored 20 points and Fort Wayne rolled past Western Illinois 90-74 on Wednesday night.

Harrell was 8 of 15 from the field, including three from distance, and had five steals for the Mastodons (17-12, 6-6 Summit League), who are third in the conference standings. John Konchar added 19 points, eight rebounds, six assists and five blocks. Bryson Scott also scored 19, Xzavier Taylor had 11 points and nine rebounds and Jordon King added 10 points.

The Mastodons scored first and led all the way, taking a 25-11 lead on a King 3-pointer midway and building to a 45-31 advantage at the break.

Western Illinois cut it to 60-53 with 11:57 to play but the Mastodons pulled away after that on 3-pointers by Konchar, King and Jax Levitch.

Isaac Johnson scored 23 points with five rebounds for the Leathernecks (11-13, 2-9). Kobe Webster added 21 points.

The Wolverines (21-7, 10-5 Big Ten) won for the second straight game and the fourth time in five games.

Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman scored 16 points for the Wolverines and Moritz Wagner added 14 points. Charles Matthews scored 10 points and pulled down eight rebounds for Michigan, as the Wolverines held the Hawkeyes under 60 points for just the third time this season.

Luka Garza scored 22 points to pace the Hawkeyes (12-16, 3-12).

South Dakota 72, Omaha 50

OMAHA, Neb. � Senior Kate Liveringhouse shined in her final game in her home town, scoring 14 points to lead South Dakota past Omaha 72-50 in Summit League women�s basketball action on Wednesday. It was USD�s 16th straight victory, tying a Coyotes record in the Division I era.

Liveringhouse finished 7-12 from the field, scoring her 800th career point, for USD (22-5, 12-0 Summit). Also for USD, which built a 58-35 lead through three quarters, Allison Arens scored 12 points, and Jasmine Trimboli and Chloe Lamb each had 10 points. Ciara Duffy had eight rebounds in the win.

Amber Vidal led Omaha (11-13, 2-11 Summit) with a game-high 20 points.

USD returns home to face Oral Roberts on Saturday, which a chance to clinch a share of the Summit League title on the line. Start time is 1 p.m.

EAST LANSING, Mich. � Nebraska�s Nicea Eliely played one of the top games of her career with 17 points, while Hannah Whitish added 17 of her own to lead the Husker women�s basketball team to a 79-69 victory over Michigan State on Wednesday.

Eliely�s season-high 17 points came on 5-of-6 shooting from the field including 3-of-3 from three-point range to help the Huskers improve to 19-7 overall and 10-3 in the Big Ten to remain in a tie for second place in the conference standings with Ohio State. The Spartans, who welcomed the return of Shay Colley from injury after a seven-game absence, slipped to 15-12 overall and 5-9 in the conference.

Nebraska�s road warriors improved to a perfect 6-0 on the road in Big Ten play. It was NU�s ninth consecutive true road win overall as the Huskers notched their 10th straight win away from Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Kate Cain led Nebraska with 10 rebounds, while adding seven points, three blocks and three assists. Taylor Kissinger added a strong effort off the bench with 11 points on 4-of-5 shooting including 2-of-3 threes.

Michigan State also got huge production off the bench, bolstered by the return of Colley, who scored 15 points on 5-of-8 shooting, while adding five assists and four rebounds in 24 minutes.

Jenna Allen led the Spartans with 19 points on 8-of-15 shooting off the bench. Taryn McCutcheon led the MSU starters with 12 points, nine assists and four steals, while Victoria Gaines added 12 points.

Minnesota 93, Michigan 87

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) � Carlie Wagner scored 26 points and Minnesota outscored No. 23 Michigan 11-4 in the final three minutes for a 93-87 win Wednesday night.

Katelynn Flaherty�s 3 pointer gave the Wolverines an 83-82 lead with five minutes left but they missed their next three shots while Gadiva Hubbard sandwiched two baskets around a Kehinde Bello bucket for the Gophers. After Nicole Munger ended the four-minute drought the Gophers made 5 of 6 free throws in the final 31 seconds.

Hubbard finished with 17 points and seven assists for Minnesota (20-6, 9-4 Big Ten), which reached 20 wins for the 13th time, three times in four years under coach Marlene Stollings. Kenisha Bell had 16 points, Destiny Pitts 10 points and 13 rebounds.

Flaherty had 26 points for the Wolverines (20-8, 9-6), who have lost two straight and four of five, none to ranked teams. Akienreh Johnson added a career-high 19.
